I have been working with Eric and the NSG team since mid last year. I was in total disbelief when I heard the news this morning. I cannot believe Eric is not with us anymore. As I got to know him, I realized how brilliant he was. He always saw the big picture and led the people around him to build awesome technologies by taking on the most complex things himself. He was a team player and worked collaboratively to achieve common goals. He always provided meaningful input during brainstorm sessions on big projects. His insight on our products was unique, always showing that he was an “out of the box” thinker. He had a huge presence in Intel. In my 1:1 interactions with him, he always came across as a high integrity person who respected others around him. Like everyone else here at Intel, I held him in very high regards. I can go on and on.
